Project Weber

Filed under: Uncategorized — petro @ 6:10 pm

Here’s some pics of another 7′4 Weber (mini-feather expierimental stratos series) restoration project. I have this same board that I restored about 2yrs ago, pretty sure it’s a late 60’s model that came out when people started to think that longboards were not cool anymore. They wanted something shorter and more menueverable. It’s really kind of an odd shaped board with a huge beak in the tail that has to be 3″ thick. Anyway this board was another garbage pail board, yes straight from the trash and now has a showroom shine. It’s kind of hard to tell the color from the pics, had crappy light. (muted olive green)

Anyone looking to get something restored drop me a line at info@faktionsurfboards.com

Jerzee doing its thing

Filed under: Uncategorized — petro @ 8:56 am

If anyone knows where the good waves are it’s definately local ripper Chip Jankow. Here’s some pics he sent over from his usually west wind jerzee run 3.6.08. Looks like he scored again

Congrat’s to Brooke and Scott Jankow on their new baby boy Kai. This kid will be owning the line-up by next year
